Job Crisis !
A few weeks back I had posted on being jobless in office. Now this is reaching a crisis level. Work quantity is low, and the nature of work is hectic with a 2-week sprint and every other week there is a review, planning, think of new stories etc.
And have to do all the roles such as manager, BA, support for the product. Though the work itself is manageable, the frequency of iterations and repetitiveness makes it a pain since there is too much repetitive and clerical and support work, which makes me feel stressed.
Think this is the first major crisis in this new company. Took off today. Everyone has discomfort and stress in their work, and it depends on how manageable it is.
I feel one of the things that help manage the crisis is your overall objective in the job such as good pay or growth and work-life balance. In the absence of any of this, difficult to manage the problem.
But most people are resigned to the fact that job / life is like that but I am not one of them !
